If you're looking for a compact, easily storable treadmill with some great features, LifeSpan fitness makes a few models worth checking out.  In a previous post we took a look at the LifeSpan Fitness TR100 Compact, which is for all intents and purposes, the same model as the TR200.  However, LifeSpan has incorporated some new features into the LifeSpan Fitness TR200 Compact that make it worth your while to check out.

Just like the TR100, the LifeSpan Fitness TR200 Compact Treadmill comes ready to use - right out of the box.  It has the same technical features as the TR100, including a 17" x 48" belt size, 1.5 HP motor, and adjustable speed settings up to 6.0 mph.  It also inclines to 10 different level settings and is a tad larger when folded at 11" thin.  Again, the small size and easy fold feature makes it a great treadmill for anyone living in a condo or  apartment, even for office use.

Where this unit really shines, however, is in its console features.  With a large blue LCD display which gives you up to the minute information on Time, Calories, Distance, Heart Rate (via the built in heart rate monitors in the hand grips) - the console itself allows you to not only adjust the three preset speed programs, but also to adjust three incline programs without having to fumble around with the frame.  You can manipulate your inclination settings directly from the user console, which is perhaps my favourite feature of this unit.  Also standard on the TR202 are built in speakers and headphone jack.
